The annual meeting will be held on 6/18/24. Sign in at 6:00 pm and meeting starts at 6:30 pm.
With the election this year there will be 2 three terms and 1 two year term. Dave Plank is stepping down from the board. We would like to thank Dave for all that he has done this past year.
We are going to try something new at this meeting. We will have a sign up sheet for those who would like to talk at the meeting. Please send an email to Craig Bland at cbland1680@gmail.com with topics you would like to discuss. You will have two minutes to present your concerns or issues.
Everyone should have received the updated handbook. If you haven't gotten one yet, please contact one of the board members to arrange to get one. Please review the handbook as there are several changes.
Some of the points to look at are:
1. Grill policy
2. Outdoor decoration mounted on the building
3. Pool rules
4. Making sure you fill out a variance prior to making any external changes
You need to make sure you are in compliance with the handbook policies before we do our walk through in July. Those in violation of the handbook will be getting a letter on non-compliance.
Yardmaster will be pruning the shrubs and bushes around the week of 6/16/24. If there are any shrubs or bushes that you do not want trimmed, please mark it with a bright colored ribbon. Also send an email to Craig Bland (shown above) with your name and address by 6/13/24 so it can be relayed to Yardmaster. They will come around prior to pruning and flag the plants not to be trimmed.
