The Board is considering a bulk purchase for cable and internet services from Spectrum for the Villas of Riverbend. Since this will affect all residents, you are strongly encouraged to attend one of the two meetings scheduled for Tuesday, March 14. You can attend the first meeting at 2:00 pm or the second meeting at 6:30 pm in the Clubhouse. A representative from Spectrum will be there to explain their proposal and answer questions. There will eventually be a vote on the proposal and it may be adopted if at least 75% of the residents approve it.

I missed the meeting, what are the details?
I have heard good things about this deal as well. At the very least you will get better internet for less money! From what l understand it also puts a cap on how much they can raise your bill. That's huge!!
It is a great deal. One of my friends lives in a condo association that has had this plan for the last 3 years. They love it. Who doesn’t want to save money?
I think this is a wonderful idea, I have heard other condo association have done this and have saved quite a bit on their monthly cable and internet monthly charges.
