Resident Handbook Review

Trash must be in a hard side container with a lid or in secured plastic bags not containing any food products. Trash may be placed at the curb after 5:00 pm on the day preceding collection. Leftover food and garbage that is in a secure plastic bag (not in a trash can) may be placed at the curbside ONLY AFTER 5:00 a.m. on pickup day, not the night before. Residents have been putting out plastic bags containing food the night before and animals have been getting into it. Your fellow residents have been picking up the mess it leaves. Thanks for helping keep our condo area clean.

The coffee pot was left on over night and had the potential of starting a fire. Luckily it didn't. Please make sure you turn off the coffee pot, lights, turn the thermostat up or down as needed and that the front door is secure when you leave the clubhouse.
