Spectrum has made a proposal for the Villas at Riverbend to make a bulk purchase of cable and internet services for all residents. The cost of the services would be about $75 per month and be added to the HOA fee that everyone pays. The contract is for five years with a 6% increase each year. Each homeowner can vote to accept or reject the contract. If 75% or more vote yes to accept the contract it will be adopted for all residents. There are ballots in the clubhouse to vote. There is also a box in the clubhouse to place your ballot. The deadline to vote is Friday, March 17. If you have any questions, please contact a board member.

You can also print the ballot, fill it out, take a picture and email that to Judy as an official ballot.
