We set new records for weather today with a high of 72 degrees. Wind gusts have been very high with some in excess of 50 mph. We ask that residents be on the alert for wind damage. If you notice shingles that are blown off or tree limbs that are broken, please notify a board member to report the damage. We want to be diligent to make repairs and if appropriate make an insurance claim.

Do not use the one that advertises in that value envelope with all of the ads in it I think they advertise as Duct Cleaning. We reported them to the BBB. They did nothing but stand in the middle of our living room and sprayed with a spray can and charged us $75. Major rip off!!
Has anyone had their Air Ducts cleaned for your condo, and if so, who did you use?
